ALTR is an alternative to school for people who already lead, and who learned their hardest lessons where no syllabus reached.
The subject nobody walked you through.
You can run a practice, a company or a boardroom for twenty years and still meet a decision no degree prepared you for. How to protect a reputation. How money behaves under pressure. How to prepare an institution to outlast you. These are learned on the job, usually the slow and costly way, and rarely written down.
Experience is the curriculum.
ALTR brings together practitioners who have been there and done that, and asks them to share what they know. Not theory. The judgement they built layer by layer, over 15 to 20 years or more, in rooms where the stakes were real.

ALTR brings those people and those rooms together, a few at a time, with leaders facing the same decisions now. We are starting with reputation. We will keep the rooms small, the standard high and the claims honest.
