Terms and refunds

A seat is for the named person and cannot be shared. You can transfer it to a colleague if you tell us at least 7 days before the date. Confirm 7 days.

Cancel at least 14 days before the date for a full refund less payment charges. Within 14 days, the fee is not refundable, but you may transfer your seat. Confirm terms for the webinar and the masterclass.

If ALTR changes the date or cancels, you may take a seat on the new date or a full refund. Confirm.

Materials are for your own use and may not be copied or shared. Recording the session is not allowed without permission. Confirm whether a recording is offered.

We keep each room respectful and confidential. What is shared in the room stays in the room. Confirm.

Fees are shown in Indian rupees and include or exclude GST as stated at checkout. Confirm GST treatment and invoice details.
